IBA Solutions Second Chance is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Georgia dedicated to helping individuals and families overcome barriers to stability and success. We focus on preventing homelessness, reducing recidivism, and creating equitable opportunities for all—especially those from marginalized or underserved communities.As the nonprofit branch of IBA Solutions, we collaborate with a network of for-profit and nonprofit partners to deliver housing assistance, financial education, workforce development, and second-chance programs that rebuild lives and strengthen communities.Our mission is to empower people with the tools, training, and support needed to achieve lasting independence. Whether through job readiness, credit repair, housing navigation, or community partnerships, we believe everyone deserves a fair opportunity to thrive.Together, we’re building pathways to hope, healing, and self-sufficiency—one solution at a time.
